The central tower is the most important in the nuraghe. Its base diameter is of about 12 metres; the preserved height is of roughly 13 metres. The entrance faces South-east; through a corridor with a niche on the right side and the opening of the staircase on the left, one enters the ground floor room (A). This is circular in shape with three niches and is covered by a corbelled dome (tholos) (base diameter m 5,20; height m 7,60). The staircase inside the wall thickness spirals clockwise up to the upper room, then to the top of the tower which in origin was formed by a flat terrace. The upper room is smaller than the lower one, it has no niches and the corbelled dome has collapsed (base diameter m 2,60). In the uppermost part of the staircase there is a small store.
